Spare your ears gay shit for a split second & search for a download or else order Melatonin Magik by Canibus, the poetry is unreal & not to be slept on.

Outstanding tracks:

Melatonin Magik

Kriminal Kindness

The Dragon of Judah

Gold & Bronze Magik

& the list goes on, the whole album is lyrical martial arts that I highly recommend checking out.

you know, a hip hop listener reaches the age where they stop naively bobbing their heads to cool contentless flows. however good for you, just keep in mind that some of us out there are old enough to scan through the lyric & appreciate the uniqueness of its author. no offense but I stopped being you at the age of 13. I'm 22 now, catch me I guess

why do I feel like you have to play catch up with me, instead of me catching up with you. cause I had my fase where I was like, omg, artists that are lyrically mindblowing, when it's so hardcore I just I needz to hear it. I'm past that

"My belief is that art should not be comforting; for comfort, we have mass entertainment, and one another. Art should provoke, disturb, arouse our emotions, expand our sympathies in directions we may not anticipate and may not even wish. Art should certainly aspire to beauty, but there are myriad sorts of beauty: the presentation of a subject in the most economical way, for instance; a precise choice of language, of detail."
