With a pair of Modern Warfare 2 DLC packs set to deploy on the Xbox 360 and PS3 this year, talk around the DMZ has everybody wondering what new stomping grounds will get added. Well, according to The Tech Game, the first pack (due this spring) will be titled "Stimulus Package" and includes five new locales - three brand new and two returning from Call of Duty 4 (Crash and Overgrown).

My friend told me that there's apparently the new map packs already on the original disc and somebody has hacked it and found lots of hidden files. Anyone know if this is true?

Anyone wanna explain what this all means?
Do we gotta buy the packs..or do they automatically download on your system or do we have to download them...

yeh they are already on the disc..alot of games have dlcs on the disc already and tehy just make u pay to download it...kind of a shitty move to make if u ask me..if its on the disc when u buy it then u should have free access..thats why bad company 2 is awesome buy the game new and get the dlcs free

Took too long for them to announce this, I'm already not playing this anymore. And these motherfuckers could easily make this DLC for free, after all the money they made on the game itsself. Fucking money hungry wolves.

So true, especially when they release 3-4 map packs for each game, meaning by the end of it you would have had to pay for the game twice. What really pissed me off was with WaW when they released new map packs and they purposely put you into games with your friends for maps you didn't have, thus forcing you to buy them. Did I balls.

^Yeah it's ridiculous how many map packs they offer for each game. And they always bring back some old maps from previous games. Now it wouldn't be a bad thing necessarily, because some older maps are definitely better then some new ones, as they are overly camper friendly. But to charge for maps you already have in another game? GTFO. All they have to do is upload the shit or w/e and they have themselves another 10$ for every customer who buys them. They're a big fat scam is what they are. Anyways, I just played a few games..still full of campers if not more, and still unreliable servers. Only played because I was bored out of my mind anways.

Also its fucking ridiculous how many glitches this game has. I went on that website linked to the image above and they have a forum dedicated to all the glithces and parts where people pay $20 just to have there accounts glitched to 10th prestige and stuff. If the latest glitch I saw on there (martydom/predator) glitch gets out for everyon I think I'm going to trade it in for BFBC2.

So their making you pay for two maps technically you've already paid for!?

I don't think I've played Modern Warfare 2 this year just cant stand it, they totally broke it they did a Gears Of War 2.
