Hip-Hop's number 1 jeweler Jacob "The Jeweler" Arabov may be the first port of call for any artist looking to ice themselves out, but it seems some of the very artists who name dropped him and gave him props in their tracks are now snubbing him. Around 21 Hip-Hop artists are said to have declined to offer support to Arabov in his current federal money-laundering case.

One such artist is Kanye West, who recently name dropped him on his "Touch The Sky" single from his "Late Registration" album. It's not all bad though, Sean "P Diddy" Combs and Busta Rhymes did offer their support.

Jacob was arrested in June and charged with laundering money for a Detroit-based gang known as "The Black Mafia Family" who are alleged to be involved in large scale drug-dealing operations.

According to the New York Police Department the B.M.F., who label themselves as an entertainment company "is responsible for numerous acts of violence, including the [2003] murder of Sean (Puffy) Combs' bodyguard Anthony (Wolf) Jones."

Arabov who moved to the U.S. from Uzbekistan when he was just 14-years-old and quickly became a millionaire celebrity is facing up to 20 years in prison if he is found guilty.
